Ken Olson, Chairman and founder of DEC once famously said, “There is no reason anyone would want a computer in their home.” I bet he felt at least a little silly about that statement by the time he died in 2011. That is the trouble with always going along with ‘the way things are’. Every once in a while, there will be an upstart who will come along and change the rules of the game so startlingly it leaves everyone else completely obsolete in the process
